From humble beginnings in 2010, Clive Darby has taken the plunge and produces wine, mostly sold through Farm Shops.
His wines are made from fresh fruit and are not mixed with a grape wine. They contain no sulphites and only use British sugar. The fruit used in the wine is locally sourced and some is picked by ourselves. They are medium/medium sweet, the gooseberry being our only dry wine.
