Tourism industry recognised at Enjoy Staffordshire Tourism Awards.

The winners of 2015 Enjoy Staffordshire Tourism Awards were revealed during a 1950's themed awards ceremony held on Monday 16th November 2015 at the Tower Suite, Drayton Manor Theme Park.

The awards were independently judged and verified by Service Science. Entrants were reviewed and marked on their commitment to delivering excellent customer service, training and skills for employees, sustainability and environment; along with the entrants’ proactivity and dedication to best practice, quality of service and product.

There were 17 categories for the Enjoy Staffordshire Tourism Awards which include accolades for visitor attractions, accommodation, events, experiences and also recognise the food and drink industry.

This year a special award for 'Outstanding Contribution to Tourism in Staffordshire' was presented to Drayton Manor Theme Park to commemorate their 65th anniversary.

Destination Staffordshire would like to thank the all the tourism businesses which submitted applications for the awards.

Overall category winners were awarded 'Gold' with runners-up being presented with 'Silver' and 'Highly Commended'.
