Perrys Field to Fork is an Artisan Butchery and Cookery School delivering hands-on, intimate cookery and butchery classes and workshops. The school is located within the historic town of Eccleshall, in rural Staffordshire. It is based in the grounds of the national award-winning Perrys of Eccleshall, Master Butcher and Game Dealer.

Our courses are a brilliant way to make fond memories with your friends, family, and colleagues. You will get to grips with brand new techniques, learn new skills and master plenty of neat tips and tricks on all our courses. With the support of our amazing tutors, you will create authentic, restaurant quality dishes from the comfort of our purpose-built kitchen, only using equipment you will find in your home.
