Two miles North of Leek on the Staffordshire - Cheshire border. From Leek take A523 towards Macclesfield for approximately 1 mile. Turn left onto B5331 for half a mile to the free car park at Rudyard Station, or turn right at the mini roundabout, right again, and head along Lake Road, past the Hotel and turn right at the British Waterways sign down to the pay & display car parking area.

The nearest railway station is Macclesfield, which is 11 miles away.
