If you love the arts, head for the historic city of Lichfield which hosts 70 events for the 35th Lichfield Festival.
There's a performance from Britain's top female folk singer Kate Rusby at Lichfield Cathedral, stand-up from Mock The Week's Rob Beckett at Lichfield Garrick, and showings of classic Charlie Chaplin films, hosted by Mark Kermode.
The 10-day festival also includes craft markets and a celebration of Roald Dahl's wonderful stories.
With the European Championships in full swing, head to the National Football Centre at St George's Park and see where the England teams prepare for the big competitions.
The Staffordshire Cycling Festival will be back once more, with bike rides for cyclists of all abilities around the Staffordshire countryside, finishing on The Shugborough Estate.
Show your love for a motoring favourite at Camper Jam at Weston Park, with live bands and children's activities too, or relax with a picnic and a family movie at Open Air Cinema at the National Memorial Arboretum.
