Enjoy Newcastle Week Competition 2024: Terms & Conditions

General:

• The competition is open to all UK mainland residents aged 18 years or over, except for employees of Enjoy Staffordshire, Staffordshire County Council and anyone connected with the competition.
• By entering the competition, participants agree: a) to be bound by these terms and conditions; b) that their surname and county of residence may be released if they win the prize; and c) that should they win the prize, their name and likeness may be used by Enjoy Staffordshire for promotional purposes.
• All entrants must supply to Enjoy Staffordshire their full name, postal address and email address. Enjoy Staffordshire will only ever use your personal details for the purposes of administering this competition, and will not publish them or provide them to anyone without permission.
• Winners will be chosen by Enjoy Staffordshire after the closing date.
• Prize is as stated, and cannot be exchanged. There is no cash alternative and the prize is not transferable.
• Enjoy Staffordshire’s decision is final and no correspondence relating to the promotion will be entered into.
• Winners will be notified within 14 days of the close of the promotion by private message on the platform used to enter, therefore it is the participant’s responsibility to check their messages after the prize draw closing date.
• Enjoy Staffordshire reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or to cancel, or alter, or amend the competition promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside its control.
• If a winner or winners cannot be contacted within 1 calendar month of the closing date of the competition, Enjoy Staffordshire reserves the right to offer the prize to a runner-up, or to re-offer the prize in any future Enjoy Staffordshire promotion.
• Enjoy Staffordshire excludes liability to the full extent permitted by law for any loss, damage or injury occurring to the participant arising from his or her entry into the promotion or occurring to the winner arising from his or her acceptance of the prize.
• The promotion is subject to the laws of England.

The prizes:

• The prizes are: an overnight stay for two people, including dinner and breakfast, at the Courtyard by Marriott Keele Staffordshire; a family of four ticket for The Three Musketeers at the New Vic Theatre (15th Nov 2024-25th Jan 2025); two joint annual memberships for the Dorothy Clive Garden; a £50 voucher for Castle Artisan Market (to be used at their event in April); a £40 voucher from STOCK by FEASTED; an annual pass for Apedale Railway; and two tickets to an event of your choice at The Brampton Museum (up to the value of £20).
• The competition closes at 5pm on Sunday 24th March 2024. Entries submitted after this time are ineligible and will not be considered.
• The winners will be chosen at random and notified by Wednesday 26th March 2024.
• Please keep your passes safe as neither the promotor, nor the participating attractions, can replace lost/misplaced/stolen passes, except under exceptional circumstances which may incur a charge.
• The operator takes no responsibility for refused entry as a result of presentation on non-applicable or invalid opening dates or times.
