Working alongside British Champion Master Butcher Stephen Hill, Juniors will be guided through a duo of tasty butcher's classics. Stephen will teach them to fill and link there very own sausages before moving onto making their very own proper Pork pies. This course will help enhance your junior's culinary confidence.
