Rose cottage dates back to the 18th century. Boasting many original features, it is both quirky and unique with insurmountable charm.

Set in the village of Forsbrook on the edge of the Staffordshire Moorlands, Rose cottage is perfectly positioned for many attractions and popular destinations whether that is for the thrill seekers among you or those wanting a holiday spent exploring with your furry friend.
Forsbrook itself is well equipped with all the amenities you could require, whilst also being semi-rural and having plenty of countryside walks through to neighbouring villages along our many public footpaths.

If you have never visited North Staffordshire before, why not? We’re centrally located, easy to get to from major road networks, blessed with amazing countryside and steeped in history!

We only host the UK’s largest theme park, Alton Towers! Which happens to be a mere 8 miles from Rose Cottage!

Enjoy a bit of pottery? The great throw down is filmed at one of our heritage sites, a must visit, Middleport Pottery.

We have some of the Staffordshire hoard living at the Potteries museum and Art Gallery, which is also home to an original Spitfire.

The Peak District/ Roaches are just a 30 minute drive away from Rose Cottage- passing through lots of beautiful walking spots and the market town of Leek

You must have heard of Trentham Gardens? This is an absolute gem of a place. Italian gardens to enjoy, a lake cruise, a relaxing walk around the lake with your family, friends and pooch, fabulous park, barefoot walk, Monkey Forest etc.

I really could go on! There is so much more to tempt you with. We have more to see and do than most places and have a beautiful cottage for you to retreat to when you have finished exploring.

There are also lots of fantastic places to eat and drink. Two cafes within walking distance and 2 pubs just within our village.
What more could you want!
