Staffordshire's well established and successful Short Breaks Campaign is spearheaded by the flagship Enjoy Staffordshire Visitor Guide and www.enjoystaffordshire.com website.
The definitive guides to Staffordshire's attractions, accommodation and events designed to inspire and attract visitors, particularly for the short break market. Supported by a response driven national advertising campaign and co-ordinated PR, and integrating the tactical niche campaigns for Enjoy Card, Great Gardens and Thrillhopper. The short breaks campaign delivers £18.5 million economic impact.
Rural Marketing
Destination Staffordshire have secured funding from the Rural Development Programme for England (RDPE) for a 3 year (2010 - 2012) programme of marketing activity to promote the rural aspects of the county and help develop the rural economy.
Initially an A2 colour map has been produced focusing on walking and cycling opportunities and this will be widely distributed. Further planned activity includes development of web pages to reflect the information and functionality of the printed map.
