Accreditation
SEQM is awarded to a Staffordshire business that has proved it helps to conserve and enhance the natural beauty, wildlife and cultural heritage of Staffordshire. A business that minimises the local and global environmental environmental impact of its a tivities to safeguard and protect natural resouces. SEQM businesses also help customers understand, enjoy and conserve the special qualities of the county. They play an active role in the economic and social wellbeing of local communities within Staffordshire and also global communities.

Through SEQM, Destination Staffordshire wishes to encourage not only a pride in Staffordshire, but collaboration between sectors, an authentic living and working environmental and diverse bsuinesses. At the same time we hope to build the local brand and inspire passion.

To apply for SEQM register and complete the application at:
Once your appliation has been accepted, you will have a verification visit, and if satisfactory you will be awarded the SEQM. Every year you will be required to update your online application and every two or three years you will receive an inspection visit.
Development of the scheme has benefitted from Rural Development Programme for England (RDPE) funding and thus is free to enter for the first few businesses, so apply early.
