Staffordshire continues to strengthen it’s hospitality sector by inviting keen young chefs and seniors from across the County to demonstrate their cooking skills in an annual competition to win a placement at a top Michelin starred restaurant.

Both young and experienced chefs compete side by side, supported by fine dining restaurants, who having already built a reputation for good food, provide career support and inspiration to nurture the talent of the future. For their part local chefs who are passionate about food, raise standards, create excitement and stimulate pride within the industry, by taking part in the competition.
