Wedgwood Visitor Centre & Museum

If the weather is leaving a lot to be desired though, perhaps the ideal solution to a rainy day is a trip to the working Wedgwood factory which has more than 250 years worth of history to absorb. Visitors can enjoy hands on experience at the fun and friendly ceramic workshops, perfect for the whole family.

National Brewery Centre

For a day out with a difference, visit the National Brewery Centre for a truly unique experience. Kids and adults alike can become engrossed in the brewery's rich history, with the chance to take a guided tour around the centre and learn about the legendary Bass family.

The museum celebrates the social history of brewing in the world-renowned Burton upon Trent but also takes visitors through each interesting step of the brewing process. Plus with the chance to sample some great local ale at the end of a tour, adults will be happy to end the day in style!
