Staffordshire Day is here and there's no better way to celebrate than with a Staffordshire Oatcake!

Here are 10 great places to get your fix!

Douglas Macmillan Hospice

Scoff two oatcakes for £2 at the headquarters of this Stoke-on-Trent charity between 11 and 1, and help them raise funds for their palliative care services.

Tamworth Castle Grounds

Head for the beautiful grounds of this ancient castle, and help break a world record at midday! There will also be plenty of oatcakes to tuck into.

The Little George

This newly refurbished gem of a hostelry in the rural village of Eccleshall is hosting an oatcake event between 9 and 12, to help Eccleshall First Responders.

Add 25p to your bill, and The Little George will match it!

Trentham Gardens

Add 25p to your bill at the Lakeside cafe, or the tea room in the Italian Gardens, which both offer great views of the the stunning Capability Brown lake, and owners Totally Delicious will match it.

All donations will go to The Donna Louise Trust.

Middleport Pottery

Explore the working Victorian pottery factory - home of the BBC's Great Pottery Throw Down - before heading to the tea room for oatcakes to help The Donna Louise Trust.

Amerton Farm

Let the kids burn off some calories at the play barn, browse the craft centre, meet some farmyard friends, and more, before an oatcake or two in aid of The Donna Louise Trust.

Biddulph Grange Garden

Learn about the history of this stunning National Trust property on the special education talks, either side of a lovely oatcake tasting!

Business for Breakfast

If you enjoy your oatcakes with a spot of networking, the BforB Brunch organisers have put a big order in!

You'll be helping three great Staffordshire charities too: Alice Charity, Cancer Research UK, and The Douglas Macmillan Hospice.

The Gingerbread Centre

Staff and residents from this Stoke-on-Trent homelessness charity are setting up oatcake stalls at both their centres in the city, in Hanley between 11.30 and 2.00, and in Normacot from 12 to 2.

And not forgetting...

An honourable mention must go to our friends at Pom's Kitchen in Lichfield, where the oatcakes are free all day on Staffordshire Day!
