The Wedgwood Museum’s inspiring Discover Wedgwood packages offer a unique opportunity to spend time with a member of its curatorial team, discovering fascinating stories hidden within its extensive collections and the Wedgwood archives.
One of the most striking aspects of the Wedgwood Museum is the diversity of the exhibits, reflecting the atmosphere of the time. There was no intellectual restraint so such freedom of thought enabled men like Wedgwood and his associates to exchange and develop ideas on cultural, political, social, moral, scientific and artistic levels as never before.
This is the most exclusive of our Discover Wedgwood experiences, giving you the unique opportunity to spend five hours with our Curator Gaye Blake Roberts. During this time you will be treated to a fascinating themed talk, hands-on access to the Museum archives and time in the Museum galleries where you will be able to ask questions and truly discover the breadth and impact of Wedgwood’s exciting legacy. You will enjoy the finest Wedgwood tea, ethically sourced coffee and mouth-watering cakes on arrival. A delicious formal lunch with the Curator in our beautiful new restaurant, the Dining Hall, is also included.
