Savour the warm and comforting flavours of Autumn with our food lovers dine and stay weekend.
Arriving from 16:00 on Saturday 5th November, guests will enjoy Afternoon Tea in the Library and then make themselves at home in one of the beautifully furnished bedrooms.
Following a glass of champagne, a 5-course menu crafted by Head Chef Guy Day and featuring autumnal produce at its most delicious will be served in the Dining Room. After dinner guests can relax in the Library before sloping off to bed for a restful night’s sleep and a long-lie in.
The following morning a Lazy Breakfast will be served in the Victorian Orangery before guests go foraging in the woodlands for mushrooms with a local wildlife expert. On their return to the House, Guy will then demonstrate how to turn foraged food into a feast.
Capability Brown’s Parkland is there to explore and take in the stunning autumnal colours across the estate.
