Lichfield will be celebrating the city’s creativity and heritage with a giant party in honour of one of our most famous inhabitants.

The Garrick 300 Community Party will see the Market Square, Samuel Johnson Birthplace Museum and Guildhall brought to life with free events from 10.30am-4.30pm including a community market, art and local history displays, poetry, hands-on activities, performance from Wildfire Folk and Lichfield Lighthouse Company, community theatre from The Upstagers, the spectacular sight of the Prince Rupert’s Bluecoats and much more.
