Leek Tourist Information Centre
The village lies at the terminus of the former narrow-gauge 'Leek & Manifold Valley Light Railway', which opened in 1904 the track of which has been turned into a walk/cycle route.
The old station building has been beautifully restored and is now a visitor centre with car park and toilets. The old engine shed has been converted into an interesting and unusual tea shop.
